Try switching between WiFi and mobile data. If that doesn't work, force-close the app and reopen it. rowm. automatically retries with different configurations — give it 10–15 seconds. If it still won't connect, email us with your country and network type (WiFi/mobile).
Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → rowm. → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't handle billing directly — it's all through Apple.
Yes. New users get a free trial period when they first subscribe. You can cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
rowm. is designed to work everywhere — including countries that actively block VPNs. We regularly test in restricted environments. If you find a location where rowm. doesn't connect, let us know.
No. We don't log your traffic, browsing history, DNS queries, connection timestamps, or IP addresses. Our servers retain nothing after you disconnect. See our privacy policy for full details.
rowm. automatically selects the fastest server for your location. If speeds are unusually slow, try disconnecting and reconnecting — this picks a fresh server. Speeds also depend on your base internet connection and distance to our servers.
Currently rowm. is available for iOS only. Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so it works on any iPhone signed into the same account.
Open rowm. → Settings → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed. Make sure to cancel your subscription first in Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
